Punjab Govt. will Privatize 30,000 Schools. Punjab government has decided to privatize 30 thousand primary schools of the province. The government will save 1500 billion rupees annually by privatizing these schools. Government will run high and higher secondary schools only. This decision is being severely criticized by the teachers.

حکومت پنجاب نے صوبے کے 30 ہزار پرائمری سکولوں کی نجکاری کا فیصلہ

حکومت پنجاب نے صوبے کے 30 ہزار پرائمری سکولوں کی نجکاری کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ حکومت ان سکولوں کی نجکاری کر کے سالانہ 1500 ارب روپے بچائے گی۔ حکومت صرف ہائی اور ہائر سیکنڈری اسکول چلائے گی۔ اس فیصلے پر اساتذہ کی جانب سے شدید تنقید کی جا رہی ہے۔

It has been decided to give golden handshake to 150 thousand teachers of more than 30 thousand primary government schools while these schools will be run on public private partnership by spending 25 billion. Government will run high and higher secondary schools only. The number of these schools will be up to five thousand.

30 ہزار سے زائد پرائمری سرکاری سکولوں کے 150 ہزار اساتذہ کو گولڈن ہینڈ شیک دینے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے جبکہ یہی سکول 25 ارب خرچ کر کے پبلک پرائیویٹ پارٹنرشپ پر چلائے جائیں گے۔ حکومت صرف ہائی اور ہائر سیکنڈری اسکول چلائے گی۔ ان سکولوں کی تعداد پانچ ہزار تک ہو گی۔

Public schools up to primary level will be privatized in phases by 2025 while teachers will be dismissed from the department after a lump sum payment of Rs 500 to Rs 1,000 per month under the golden shake hand.

پرائمری تک کے سرکاری سکولوں کی 2025 تک مرحلہ وار نجکاری کی جائے گی جبکہ اساتذہ کو گولڈن شیک ہینڈ کے تحت 500 سے 1000 ماہانہ تنخواہوں کی یکمشت ادائیگی کے بعد محکمے سے فارغ کر دیا جائے گا۔

On the other hand, teachers' organizations have announced to start a protest movement against the privatization of schools from today. From today, teachers will perform teaching duties by tying black bands on their arms.

دوسری جانب اساتذہ تنظیموں نے اسکولوں کی نجکاری کے خلاف آج سے احتجاجی تحریک شروع کرنے کا اعلان کیا ہے، مظاہروں اور دھرنوں کے لیے تمام اساتذہ تنظیموں پر مشتمل مشترکہ ایکشن کمیٹی قائم کردی گئی ہے۔ آج سے اساتذہ بازوؤں پر سیاہ پٹیاں باندھ کر تدریسی فرائض سرانجام دیں گے۔

According to the fixed rates, the fees of the children studying in the school will be paid by the Punjab government.

مقررہ نرخوں کے مطابق سکول میں زیر تعلیم بچوں کی فیس حکومت پنجاب ادا کرے گی۔

How to Apply for School Proprietorship in Punjab

Schools will be handed over to youth below 40 years of age. Three partners can run a government-run primary school to educate children.

At least one of the three fellows must have a master's degree of sixteen years of study. The other two are allowed to graduate.

One of the applicants must be a graduate in natural sciences, information technology, or computer sciences.

At least three years teaching experience of one of the fellows.

Maximum age limit for all associates will be 40 years.

پنجاب میں اسکول کی ملکیت کے لیے درخواست کیسے دی جائے۔

سکولوں کو 40 سال سے کم عمر کے نوجوانوں کے حوالے کیا جائے گا۔ تین ساتھی بچوں کو پڑھانے کے لیے حکومت کی طرف سے ایک پرائمری اسکول چلا سکتے ہیں۔

کم از کم تین ساتھیوں میں سے ایک کے پاس سولہ سال کے مطالعے کی ماسٹر ڈگری ہونا ضروری ہے۔ باقی دو کو گریجویٹ کرنے کی اجازت ہے۔

درخواست دہندگان میں سے ایک کا نیچرل سائنسز، انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی، یا کمپیوٹر سائنسز کا گریجویٹ ہونا ضروری ہے۔

ساتھیوں میں سے ایک کا کم از کم تین سال کا تدریسی تجربہ۔
