Punjab Student Bikes 2024 Application. The Punjab government has officially launched the scheme of distribution of motorbikes among the students in easy installments. In the first phase, 20,000 bikes will be distributed among the students. 19,000 fuel bikes and 1,000 e-bikes will be distributed. Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz said that electric bikes are mandatory to reduce pollution. However, they were currently not suitable for their low mileage and incidents of battery theft. He said that the government has decided to provide fuel-efficient bikes along with electric bikes in easy installments.
"To reduce the burden on students, the down payment will be reduced to Rs 20,000 and the monthly installment will also be reduced to Rs 5,000," Maryam said. Maryam added that the distribution of bikes will start from May 2024. A separate scheme should be introduced to give bikes to high achieving students.

How to Apply Punjab Student Bikes Scheme 2024 ?

In villages, 70% quota was reserved for male and 30% for female students. The application portal is now open, and the last date for submission of applications is 29 April 2024. Online application for bikes can be submitted at www.bikes.punjab.gov.pk.
