HEC Law Admission Test 2024 Registration Announced. HEC has started the registration for Law Admission Test LAT 2024. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) conducts the Law Admission Test (Law-LAT) for candidates seeking admission to five-year undergraduate LLB degree programs in public and private recognized by the HEC/PBC. Sector Universities/Institutions and their recognized affiliated colleges. HEC Law Entrance Test will be conducted in major cities of the country. Students can choose any center of their choice.

HEC Law Entrance Test will be tentatively held on 26 May 2024. Last date to apply for Law Entrance Test is 08 May 2024. Applications can be submitted online at the HEC website. Please note that HEC Law Admission Test is mandatory for admission to LLB program in any government or private university and their affiliated colleges.

Who can apply for HEC Law Entrance Test?

Students who have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or its equivalent.

Students who have appeared for the HSSC or equivalent final examination and are awaiting their results.

Any change in examination date will be notified through http://etc.hec.gov.pk Applicants who register through HEC online registration process must submit their roll number slips at http: Will download through //etc.hec.gov.pk. One week before the exam date.

E-mail/SMS will be sent to the registered applicants regarding the date, time and venue of the examination. Candidates need to provide valid email/mobile number while filling the online application form.

Roll number slip and printout of original CNIC will be required to enter the examination Centre.

In case of any difficulty during online registration, please visit HEC Secretariat at onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk, or contact HEC Regional Offices for guidance.

Application submission involves two steps: completion of the profile using the "My Profile" section and submission of the application using the "Law Entrance Test" link on the menu panel in the left-hand sidebar of the online portal.

Only submitted applications will be considered for LAT test and applications in reserved or incomplete mode will not be considered.

Other requirements/conditions

Test Fee Rs. 1800/- as 1 Link 1 Bill Invoice to be deposited through Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easypeise/JazzCash/Upesa

Once you have selected Link Bill Invoice Payment Receipt. Open/Sign in to your mobile app and click on Payment Services Bill Pay (as per your mobile banking app options).

Click on Bill Invoice Payment Services and enter the user number generated by the ETC portal. Once you see the details, pay the amount.

After submitting the fee through the link 1Bill Invoice, click Confirm Online Payment on the ETC Dashboard. Candidates should resolve their queries/complaints before the closure of web registration portal. Queries/Complaints

The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to logistic/security reasons the system refuses to handle registration beyond the last date
