LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz recently announced an affordable housing scheme called "Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar" which aims to build 100,000 houses across the province.

As revealed in the details, Chief Minister Maryam directed the authorities to prepare model houses within 6 weeks and construct more than 3000 houses for low income families in each district. The initiative prioritizes low payments and monthly installments to increase access.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz stressed on the quality and durability of the construction and emphasized on strategic location near urban areas for easy transportation. Comprehensive plans for the implementation of the scheme were discussed in the meeting, in which officials and former senator Pervez Rasheed participated.

لاہور: وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب (سی ایم) مریم نواز نے حال ہی میں "اپنی چھٹ، اپنا گھر" کے نام سے ایک سستی ہاؤسنگ اسکیم کا اعلان کیا ہے جس کا مقصد صوبے بھر میں 100,000 گھر بنانا ہے۔

جیسا کہ تفصیلات میں انکشاف کیا گیا ہے، وزیراعلیٰ مریم نے حکام کو 6 ہفتوں کے اندر ماڈل ہاؤسز تیار کرنے اور ہر ضلع میں کم آمدنی والے خاندانوں کے لیے 3000 سے زائد گھر تعمیر کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔ یہ اقدام رسائی کو بڑھانے کے لیے کم ادائیگیوں اور ماہانہ قسطوں کو ترجیح دیتا ہے۔

وزیراعلیٰ مریم نے تعمیرات کے معیار اور پائیداری پر زور دیا اور آسان نقل و حمل کے لیے شہری علاقوں کے قریب اسٹریٹجک جگہ کا تعین کرنے پر زور دیا۔ اجلاس میں سکیم پر عملدرآمد کے لیے جامع منصوبہ جات پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا جس میں حکام اور سابق سینیٹر پرویز رشید نے شرکت کی۔

It has launched a new housing scheme called "Apni Chhat Apna Ghar". In her address, Maryam Nawaz gave instructions to implement the plan to build more than 3 thousand houses in every district of Punjab. The Chief Minister's directive focuses on constructing model houses within six weeks, which will be provided to the house owners through monthly installments at least. Maryam Nawaz emphasized the determination to end the insecurity of houses and said that we will fulfill our promise to provide Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme for the poor.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme program to provide houses to the homeless. Thousands of people were displaced by natural calamities such as earthquakes and floods and were unable to afford their homes due to lack of financial resources. By benefiting from this scheme, deserving and poor people will be able to get cheap houses in easy installments.

اپنا گھر اپنی بات نئی رجسٹریشن چیک آن لائن 2024۔ وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے پنجاب میں کم آمدنی والے لوگوں کے لیے رہائش کے بحران سے نمٹنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ اس نے "اپنی چھٹ اپنا گھر" کے نام سے ایک نئی ہاؤسنگ اسکیم شروع کی ہے۔ اس منصوبے کا مقصد صوبے بھر میں غریبوں اور بے گھر افراد کے لیے مزید 100,000 مکانات تعمیر کرنا ہے، جس سے پسماندہ افراد کے لیے سستی اور قابل رسائی مکانات فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔

اپنے خطاب میں مریم نواز نے پنجاب کے ہر ضلع میں 3 ہزار سے زائد گھر بنانے کے منصوبے پر عملدرآمد کی ہدایات دیں۔ وزیر اعلیٰ کی ہدایت میں چھ ہفتوں کے اندر ماڈل ہاؤسز بنانے پر توجہ دی گئی ہے، جو مکان مالکان کو کم از کم ماہانہ اقساط کے ذریعے فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔ مریم نواز نے گھروں کا عدم تحفظ ختم کرنے کے عزم پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ غریبوں کے لیے چھت فراہم کرنا ہمارا وعدہ ہے اسے پورا کریں گے۔

وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز شریف نے بے گھر افراد کو گھر فراہم کرنے کے لیے اپنا گھر اپنی چھت پروگرام شروع کر دیا ہے۔ زلزلے اور سیلاب جیسی قدرتی آفات سے ہزاروں لوگ بے گھر ہوئے اور مالی وسائل کی کمی کی وجہ سے اپنے گھر حاصل کرنے سے قاصر رہے۔ اس سکیم سے مستفید ہو کر مستحق اور غریب لوگ آسان اقساط میں سستے گھر حاصل کر سکیں گے۔

اس پروگرام کا مقصد صرف گھر بنانا نہیں بلکہ ایک مضبوط معاشرہ تشکیل دینا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے گھروں کی تعمیر میں معیاری میٹریل کے استعمال کے ذریعے پائیداری کی اہمیت پر زور دیا ہے۔ رہائشیوں کی سہولیات تک رسائی کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے شہر کی حدود کے قریب ہاؤسنگ یونٹس قائم کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے۔

 

مریم نواز نے کہا کہ گھر بناتے وقت پائیداری اور معیاری میٹریل کے استعمال پر خصوصی توجہ دی جائے۔ مریم نواز نے کہا کہ ہاؤسنگ یونٹس شیروں کے قریب بنائے جائیں تاکہ مستحقین کو ان تک آسانی ہو۔ پنجاب کے ہزاروں لوگ جو اپنا گھر حاصل کرنے کی خواہش میں دب گئے تھے اس سکیم سے مستفید ہو کر اپنے خواب پورے کر سکیں گے۔

You have to fulfill a few requirements to apply for Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme If you do not meet these requirements, you will not be able to apply for this program.

Applicants must have their valid National Identity Card.

You must be a resident of Punjab.

Applicant's monthly family income should be 50 thousand or less.

Applicant should not own any house or plot before.

Applicant must be below 55 years of age.

The required plot was never received from the Punjab government.
