کوئٹہ بورڈ نے میٹرک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ کے سالانہ امتحانات کے دو یا تین ماہ بعد نتائج کا اعلان کر دیا۔ SSC پارٹ 1 اور 2 کے سالانہ امتحانات کے نتائج کا اعلان جون یا جولائی میں کیا جاتا ہے جبکہ HSSC پارٹ 1 اور 2 کے سالانہ امتحانات کے نتائج کا اعلان اگست یا ستمبر میں کیا جاتا ہے۔ نتائج کے اعلان کے فوراً بعد طلباء بورڈ کی آفیشل سائٹ پر اپنے مکمل نتائج دیکھ سکتے ہیں جبکہ طلباء کو رزلٹ کارڈز بھی بھجوا دیے جاتے ہیں اور طلباء نتائج کے اعلان کے چند روز بعد اپنے گھر کے پتے پر اپنے رزلٹ کارڈ جمع کر لیتے ہیں۔ .

9ویں، 10ویں، 11ویں اور 12ویں جماعت کے سپلائی امتحانات جنہیں بہتری کا امتحان یا دوسرا سالانہ بھی کہا جاتا ہے، سالانہ امتحانات کے نتائج کے چند ماہ بعد منعقد ہوتے ہیں جبکہ BISE کوئٹہ میٹرک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ کے سپلائی امتحانات کے نتائج SSC اور HSSC کے ایک یا دو ماہ بعد جاری کرتا ہے۔ فراہمی کے امتحانات
